This is a draft. Europe Road Desk will have this text reviewed by a lawyer before launch.
1. Who we are
Europe Road Desk is a trade name of [LLC-NAAM], LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Registered agent: [REGISTERED AGENT — naam en adres, Wyoming, Verenigde Staten]. Contact: info@europeroaddesk.com.
Europe Road Desk is an independent ordering service and not a government agency. We are not affiliated with and do not act on behalf of any official authority. Every product we offer can also be arranged directly with the relevant official authority yourself.
2. Our service
On your behalf we apply for, and/or purchase for you, mandatory vignettes, emissions stickers and low-emission-zone/toll registrations from the official authorities, for a service fee. The service fee covers the convenience, the error-free application and the administration; it is separate from the official price charged by the authority.
The total price you pay us includes both the official costs and our service fee. You are never obliged to use our service.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown as a total amount in euros. Payment is handled by our payment provider; your payment details never reach our own servers.
For products priced in a foreign currency (such as the Swiss vignette in CHF) we settle in euros at a conversion rate applied by us.
4. Right of withdrawal
For plate-bound products that are executed immediately, we ask for your express prior consent to begin execution at once. You acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the application or purchase has been executed, because it concerns a product tailored to your registration plate.
If execution has not yet started, you may withdraw free of charge within the statutory period. Contact us to do so.
5. Delivery and execution
Digital vignettes are valid immediately after payment and processing. Physical stickers are sent by post; allow for the delivery time stated with the product. We confirm registrations once the authority has processed them.
If an application goes differently than expected, a staff member handles the order personally. You can follow the status via your order page.
6. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, in particular the registration plate and vehicle profile. An incorrect plate can lead to an invalid vignette and to surcharges or fines, which are at your expense.
7. Liability
We make every effort to execute each application correctly and on time. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for fines or consequential damage arising from incorrect information you provided or from circumstances at the official authority beyond our control.
8. Complaints, governing law and contact
Have a complaint or question? Email us at info@europeroaddesk.com; we reply within one working day.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming. For consumers within the EU, these terms do not affect the mandatory consumer protection of their country of residence. [This choice-of-law clause must be reviewed by a lawyer for enforceability when selling to EU consumers.]
